Bringithomefast Refund Policy
At Bringithomefast, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Open or used item
- Items marked as final sale
- Damage Item
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at takeithome@bringithomefast.com to arrange the exchange.
4. Shipping for Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect product).
- Shipping Non-refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we’ve received and approved the return. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at takeithome@bringithomefast.com .
7. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled as it may already be processed and shipped.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at takeithome@bringithomefast.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will assist you in processing an exchange or refund.
